Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers easy access to the balneo-medical clinic and Naftusa water well. the restaurant has friendly staff, good food, and is always clean. Rooms are comfortable and housekeeping is efficient.
The hotel lacks an internal telephone system.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of town and within easy walking distance of key attractions. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a good selection of amenities.
That the restaurant was often overcrowded and the tables were quite small, making it difficult to enjoy our meals in comfort. Another issue was a poor Wi-Fi connection in our room, which made it difficult to stay connected during our stay.

Great location in the city center, easy access to medical facilities and natural water sources. The hotel restaurant had decent food and friendly staff. A pleasant surprise was the kind attention given to a birthday celebration during our stay.
Disappointing lack of amenities advertised on the website, including the absence of a swimming pool and a functioning spa. The hotel also had strict and inconvenient opening hours, closing early in the evening. Furthermore, some aspects of the hotel, such as the unclean public restrooms and occasionally cold food served in the cramped dining area, need improvement.
